is subject to 10.5% Florida sales and resort tax. Rent must be paid
in full in on or before arrival.
- a $200 security
deposit is required to hold reservation. This deposit will be refunded,
less any damage, excessive cleaning, pay-per-view and/or other outstanding
costs, no later than 30 days after checking out.
- Cancellation:
The security deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless cancellation is made
over 90 days in advance of reservation date OR the property is re-rented
under the same terms. Cancellations must be in writing.
